DC Comstock is a 13.5 Megawatt data center development project located in data center alley in Santa Clara, California immediately adjacent to some of the best-known data center locations in the country. The property was a 50% vacant industrial structure and was acquired through a long-term option structure allowing entitlement processing to occur with minimal at-risk capital.

After securing the purchase option and completing initial design and feasibility work, Epoch brought in development partner Prime Data Centers to leverage Prime’s expertise in data center design and operations. Full entitlements were achieved in early 2021. Shortly after completing entitlements the project was fully leased as a build to suit. Construction was completed in Spring 2023.
